Another wax-molded shape group experiment (two rectangles intersected by a little parapet) but this time I mixed paint and “the pinkest pink” pigment + extra heavy matte gel medium. The gel media was the missing piece for making the thick layers and although it still shrinks, it shrinks a LOT less. This time when I peeled away the wax I had roughly the effect I was going for. Three raised shapes near each other. I let it dry until 2-4-2022.. about 5 days.
