This time I wanted to REALLY use bright colors, and I wanted big super bold impasto shapes. I bought a set of day-glo colors and had the last of a big jar of extra heavy gloss gel medium and wanted to do something bold and simple. Got the idea to use my new big palette knives and make just huge chunky diagonal day glo shapes.

I pre-mixed HUGE amounts of medium and the ENTIRE little 2oz day-glo paints and just smashed big stripes down. I love it. Curious to see what it looks like when it dries.
